And what better way to do it than in the company of other old-things-lovers? Join Elizabeth for a dreamy day of springtime antique hunting! We have an incredible vintage-filled day planned with brunch, special deals and access, floral arranging, a house tour, and a happy hour with complementary color consultations.
Our day begins at Ball & Claw with brunch, coffee, and bubbles, shopping and expert styling tips from Maria Philippis, and a hand-tied bouquet demo with Atelier Marguerite.
We’ll continue with a pre-season shopping opportunity at Your Mom & the Swan, where Erika DeVries will open up the shop just for us and be on hand to help put together some fabulous pieces for a spring/summer style refresh.
Next, we’ll hit the barn at Maple Lawn to shop perfectly-curated rustic pieces with designer Ron Sharkey. In addition to offering us design and style advice, he’ll give us a tour of his private residence, the 1843 Greek Revival he lovingly restored and decorated with a lifetime of antique finds.
Our day of antique and vintage immersion will end with happy hour snacks, drinks, and color consultations with Rebekah Milne and her team of designers, amid the shop’s array of Mid Century Modern, Early American/Farmhouse and English and French offerings.
